Adding non-work time directly in the timecard

 
  1. Choose Timecards from the navigation list.
  2. The Timecards area will open, select the desired employee.
  3. Locate the non-work time column and then select the cell for the day that you wish to add the non-work time to. You know you have selected it when the cell is highlighted.
  4. Type in the amount of hours and minutes for the non-work time.
  5. Press Enter on the computer keyboard to save the non-work time.
