Adding non-work time directly in the timecard
- Choose Timecards from the navigation list.
- The Timecards area will open, select the desired employee.
- Locate the non-work time column and then select the cell for the day that you wish to add the non-work time to. You know you have selected it when the cell is highlighted.
- Type in the amount of hours and minutes for the non-work time.
- Press Enter on the computer keyboard to save the non-work time.
